Hassan Al Naqbi
Chief Executive Officer
Hassan Al Naqbi is the Chief Executive Officer of Khazna, joining in September, 2014.
Prior to joining Khazna, Hassan held various senior positions with du (Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company PJSC), the most recent of which was as Senior Director, Business Support - datamena and broadcast.
Hassan has been actively involved in positioning and promoting the UAE as the new international data hub and comes with rich experience in managing the development and operations of data centers. He also helped in expanding the IP coverage to emerging markets and international hubs as well as enhancing Internet accessibility to contents within the region. Hassan also held various positions with TECOM and was a member of the UAE Armed Forces.

Iyad Khalas

Iyad
Iyad is an electrical engineer with over 20 years of experience in the UAE. Iyad has a wealth of experience managing data centers and large multi-disciplinary construction projects, varied in diversity and complexity. He is specialized in operations, facilities management, project management, design management and construction management.
Iyad joined Khazna in July 2014. Prior to that, Iyad was working for an international built asset consultancy firm,
Iyad is an Uptime Institute Accredited Tier Specialist (ATS), Uptime Institute Accredited Operations Specialist (AOS) and Uptime Institute Accredited Tier Designer (ATD).

Ziad Samaha
VP. Business Development
Ziad has 18 years’ experience in Telecommunications, Data Centers and IT. He worked in Customer Management, System Integration, Project Management, Solution Design as well as Pre-Sales, Sales and Business Development that marked the last 12 years of his career.
Prior to joining Khazna, Ziad worked as a Sales Director at Global Cloud Xchange where he oversaw the relationship with the majority of the Telecom Operators in the Middle East and some multi-national organizations over a period of 11 years.
Earlier, Ziad worked for NavLink part of a technical operations team and the team who managed and operated a Data Center where he transitioned from technical roles to pre-sales.
Ziad graduated with a degree in Telecommunications and Networking and is a certified ITIL Service Manager by EXIN.
